River Clean Up

This is a BOATERS ONLY River Clean-Up on the Lower James.

If you want to join the clean-up on land visit Festival of the River for more information.

Please set your own shuttle and arrive with your choice of water craft at Reedy Creek by 11:00AM to get supplies.

Paddle boards work very well for recovering trash and getting those hard to reach pieces of litter, but all crafts are acceptable. Trash can be periodically dumped into accompanying rafts.

Attendees are responsible for their own safety. Please carry the safety equipment necessary to be in the outdoors and on the river.
