JROC’s membership is comprised of Richmond metro area citizens who are concerned about the future of the James River Park System. We are people who seek ways to improve our local parks along the James River.

JROC meets 6pm for our general meeting on the first Wednesday of the month at JRPS HQ located at Reedy Creek.

JROC believes the James River Park System is an invaluable refuge for everyone. If you want to participate in helping the park but do not want to or cannot pay membership dues, we are offering this free non-voting membership level. You can express your commitment to helping JROC and JRPS without making a financial contribution.
