JROC members and the community at-large are encouraged to download and share the attached letter with the mayor and city council members. This two part letter thanks those responsible for bringing to fruition the newest gem in the James River Park System, the T. Tyler Potterfield Bridge, but also urges them to not stop until all aspects are complete.
The letter reads, in part:
I am writing you today on behalf of the James River Outdoor Coalition (JROC) to both thank you for your commitments to a complete construction of the T. Tyler Potterfield Memorial Bridge, and to encourage you to carry to completion by replacing the wooden steps at the Manchester Climbing Wall.
Please help support JRPS and let your representative know about this issue.
