    • for implementation of existing plan under nathan report should be struck

    • A lot of individual donations
      • Up about $400

    • $30k in bank for available funds
    • FB Gear & Photo Sales struck from Approved Projects
    • Struck, 20 for 20 stickers
  • Reedy Creek Project Report
    • People are Parking deeper in lot due to parking pavers
      • Possible issue around tree
      • Stone may have been moved and problem mitigated
      • Continue to keep an eye on it
  • Belle Isle Report Back
    • Cabling is mostly done
  • December Work Project
    • Previously was going to be Dec 16th at 14th st for moving the big rocks
    • Paint no parking sign on road to discourage parking
    • Conversation with DPU needs to happen
    • Waiting to hear back from DPU about access near Powhite to remove debris
      • Tables until January
    • Greg will reach out and see if that can happen before 16th
    • Vauxhall is new Dec project
      • Waiting on enRichmond

    • Utilities is doing work on service road near dogleg bridge
      • Probably will continue for a few weeks
    • Forest Hill Trails will have work around pipe on eastern section
      • Trails may be shut down to accommodate work
    • Forest Hill lake will be dredged finally
