  • Treasurer Report
    • ~$43k in bank

    • National Trail Day, Riverrock donations waiting to go in back

    • It was reaaaaalllllyyyyyy quiet
    • Chris Hull can donate an easy up to JROC
  • Gallery 5 Fifty Mile Fest:
    • Mitch held it down
    • Good non-profit exposure
    • Sustainability focused event
  • Films on the flood wall
    • Facebook Event
    • Katie met with JRAC and JRA
    • Still determining movie
    • Wed Sept 12th 6pm
    • Might need to appropriate funds
    • Possibly get a crossing guard
    • Goatacado possibly parking food truck
  • King of the James
    • Artwork
      • Is done
    • Possibly order outdoor research hoodies for sale before the race
    • Riverside wants to sell KOTJ shirts
    • Registration will be open soon
  • James River Women Shirts
    • Selling  for $20 at RO
    • We get $8/shirt
    • Possible pre-order of more shirts

      • Unisex performance $14

    • $400 approved for selected design
  • National Trail Day Report Back
    • Get more groups back to central spot after event
    • Chris is going to organize a meting of various support groups
  • Eagle Scout Project
    • Will meeting with him on Friday
    • Wants to put boat lockers at 14th st
    • Also could build a tool locker
    • If the scout wants funding from us he needs to formally present to the organization
    • Not supplying locks
    • Time limit on how long boats can remain
  • Music At Maymont
    • Next one is at July 13th
    • Possibly have shirts available to sell
    • More buckets for tips
    • JROC might purchase some buckets for tips
    • 10 – 15 total volunteers
  • Grass needs to grow back at 14th st around floodwall
    • Shuttles have compacted/killed grass
    • $75 for bag of grass seed and straw bales to help reseed that area

    • Will will collect stuff on Friday from Nathan
    • Matt will bring paddleboard
    • Chris Hull will give a safety talk before heading out

    • 1st Break can be used if needs be to deposit trash
