Huguenot Flatwater graffiti removal

Richmond is an art town. Murals decorate dozens of buildings around the city and there are several in JRPS as well. I remember growing up in Philadelphia how transformative the Wyland Whale mural “East Coast Humpbacks” was when it was painted along the Schuylkill River. Nothing lasts forever. JROC volunteers painted over tags and other graffiti that had appeared on the Huguenot Bridge.
