- Re decking wooden portion of T Pot ramp, Northstar Academy & Venture Richmond scraping together materials for short term fix, revisiting in fall
- T Pot Bridge electrical lines 90% fixed, local union helping to complete repair
- Where there is graffiti, they are going to replace lights and other components rather than spraying graffiti removal into river
- Outdoor education space – put in kiosk, going to add stone steps to river
- Tree planting at 24th street tower and north bank
- Invasive plant Removal: 4+ locations
- Trail improvement: North Banks to Tredegar is paved versus gravel
- Education: Starting July 5, as part of youth career development program painting a mural at 42nd St tower with the theme of Richmond’s native species to help prevent graffiti
- Dumpster Wall at Pony – taken down because the trash trucks cannot fit when cars parked nearby. Pooring concrete pads for easier access & cleaning. They will separate the dumpster space from the rest of the parknig. Walls not needed because forest on three sides.

- Working with Public Works to transplant plants that are not meant for that area
- Requests to keep area around ramp, clear of plants. Most plants will not survive the area after the summer. Originally requested from contractor to put boulder in, but quoted 250K. Need to put in place a plan – working with Invasive Species Org to get advice
