JROC board meetings are held every 1st Wednesday of the month. Everyone is welcome to attend. Meetings are usually held at the James River Park System’s headquarters located at Reedy Creek. To reach the HQ, enter the parking lot and drive across the tracks through the gates and make a right. The building will be on your left about 100 yards down.
