Flood Wall Graffiti Removal

Some graffiti can transcend the simple tag and become art. Keith Haring is probably the most famous example. Then there is what JROC painted over on the Floodwall in Manchester. A couple members spent the morning resetting the canvas, painting over tags and scribbles. No Banksys were harmed.
