    • Hillcrest gift expenditure being removed as line item

  • HFW Update
    • Meeting with Mayor on Tuesday to examine procurement issues
    • Reached out to Kristen Larson who spoke to Mayor Stoney
    • HFW project can possibly be constructed by a contractor who is already approved by city
    • engaged with 3 contractors through DPW
      • all have expressed an interest in completing the project
      • all said Huguenot would need to be shutdown
      • 2 – 4 month job
      • high-water could be a construction impediment
      • construction windows for disturbing water
        • nov 16 – feb 15th & jun 16 – sept 15
        • disturbs migratory fish population
